This billet aluminum Duramax block is 100lbs lighter than the stock block and much stronger. It disperses heat much better and in the case of catastrophic failure it can be repaired, unlike the cast iron block it replaces. Available with or without aluminum main caps. Optional deck hight, bore size, and lifter size. Upgraded oiling system, more rigid exterior design. Can be sleeved or Nickasil plated. Built to handle over 5000 HP/TQ!
